Er. S. K. Jain (Engineer-in-Chief Retd.) from BBMB Chandigarh, having great links & relations with the Industries, is assisting him as Training & Placement Officer. He has more than 8 years of experience in Teaching & Training & Placement Activities.
Shree Satguru Dev College of Education for Girls was established in the year 2006. Courses offered in this college are ..Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) regular one year course & Diploma in education (D.Ed) regular two years course.
Dr. Sunila Oberoi Malik is Principal of Shree Satguru Dev College of Education. She is highly qualified i.e. Ph.D in Education. She has more than 30 years experience. She has also delivered special lectures in UK & USA.
Students are deputed for training in house & outside in other Govt. Schools for about twenty days to thirty days, after taking permission from DEO which is arranged by the respective Principal.

Students have to apply through Employment Exchange & also various Govt. Schools & Pvt. Schools depending upon vacancies being published in the various News Papers & otherwise.
They are given written test & followed by interview for final selection
They are also employed as guest teachers at a fixed salary.
